Volee Return and Refund Policy

At Volee, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that sometimes, our customers might not be completely satisfied with their purchase. In such cases, we are happy to provide you with a return and refund process that is as smooth as possible.  Our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@thevolee.com.  Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@thevolee.com.  Exchange requests will be subject to product availability and must meet the return policy requirements stated above.
